A successful, stress-free office relocation requires detailed planning, constant communication, and careful coordination with both your team members and external vendors and partners. When you are juggling all of these tasks on top of a packed schedule and the stress of keeping a business running, preparing for new construction or an office move can feel overwhelming. ACP will FOCUS this project following the PMBOK® guidelines for project management for you. 
For manufacturers, changing facility locations can be a long, expensive, and frustrating process. When moving your production facility from one location to another, you naturally want to avoid unnecessary complications that could pile on more expenses or create delays in getting your new lean manufacturing facility up and operational. Avoiding complications and ensuring a steady move requires manufacturers to use a clear, consistent process that is well-documented, just like your lean manufacturing practices. 

ACP will go over the risks, resource demands, legal issues, and other changes/requirements that a move to a new facility will entail. Including the stakeholders, senior management and staff that are key to your operations in this review will help form a more complete picture of what move will be required.

ACP utilizes PM Software to Plan, Track and Manage each project with Real time communication

Solutions and Implementation – are the activities in the executing process and the Monitoring and Controlling processes. ACP will begin the work needed to complete the project as outlined in the plan. We will track, review and regulate the progress and performance of the project. ACP will identify any areas in which changes to the plan are required and initiate the corrective action (utilizing the change request protocol). When the project is completed ACP will review the deliverables and provide a summary report (lessons learned) for any future projects.



  Automated Tools - The WBS (work breakdown structure) along with the task communication protocol are automated for efficient work flow during the entire project progression. ACP will develop the template and involve all team members on its use.
