Recently ACP's project team was charged with consolidating communications resources and implementing the IT upgrade from RFQ to project completion at Twin Boro PT. With 26 sites and a corporate headquarters, the project needs analysis, resource planning, scheduling and execution, warranted FOCUS to get accomplished successfully. We  directed and managed the project activity completing it with no clinic downtime and above stakeholder expectations.

ACP set up the CRM protocol for clients ranging from paltform data input, employee training, reporting mechanisms, lead generation and marketing efforts. We are even the "Administator" on accounts post project completion.   

Business Development

Tuscan Industries is a general construction contractor headquartered on Long Island. ACP was contracted to provide Business Development services. They needed to increase their business contacts to qualify for more contraction bids in the Northeast. We went to work using our FOCUS method, starting with Fact finding. They had no sales material; the website was under construction and they only had one source of lead generation. ACP did a deep dive in data collection with contacts at Key realtors in the northeast such as Kimco, Brixmor, Acadia. Dollar General and more... We then put together a newsletter which was linked to the website blog page. The cold calling campaign and follow up began. ACP was able to get Tuscan Industries listed as an approved and qualified contractor for 9 different realtor companies and was able to bid on 10 different jobs within 4 months of the contract.

Product Development

Designing and developing a new product is no simple feat, as any engineer, product designer, or developer knows too well. Challenges range from understanding the target customer’s preferences, to developing products that balance functionality and simplicity, and even considering how a product might connect to the Internet and what security risks this poses to end users. Weigh these challenges against the ever-increasing pressure to come up with the “next big thing” that hasn’t been done before, and you have your work cut out for you.


Re-engineering an established brand has its challenges. Analyzing each product category and their respective product assortments and introducing new sub brand categories was the challenge that was given to us. ACP successfully branded two different categories (Mobile audio products and Speakers) and attained national distribution with both. ACP also re-designed the overall company packaging theme to  a "life Style" image maintaining product synergy between different category items.

Marketing Initiatives

Wildlife Tree is an internet focused company whose main business is selling plush animals to raise money for wildlife conservation efforts. They wanted to enter the "Brick and Mortar" retail business and consulted ACP. We analyzed their business model and resources and instituted a 360-marketing campaign with 5 Integrated Marketing Components including: the foundation, the corporate culture, the brand focus, consumer experience, communications tools, promotional tools, and integration tools. We instructed them to utilize their educational library of videos as a monthly service and give one month "Free" with the purchase of a plush animal. We also created a retail ready educational kit that included: a plush animal, an educational book (animal specific), Bookmark with fun facts as well as pencil and animal activity sheet. The concept was to place product at retail and capture the customer for remarketing by gaining their email address when they signed up for the Free month of educational videos. ACP coordinated all of the packaging needs, as well as all the resources needed to attend their first retail trade show. The concept was well received, and the roll out began.

Open enrollment is your opportunity to highlight the benefits package you've worked so hard to construct, and it's your employees' opportunity to select the benefits that will best meet their needs in the coming year. But HR leaders also face numerous challenges managing open enrollment. Common challenges include communicating benefit details, engaging employees, handling questions and making the most of inefficient resources. How can you tackle these challenges head on?

ACP can implement enrollments, either passive or active, by communicating to employees, educatiing them on the product attributes and relaying the product selection to the respective carriers for coverage.
